Each week the Nomis staff will be giving pointers and tips to do with using Maximizer, Maximizer CRM and SymVolli. These tips are intended for you to gain new ways of thinking in dealing with CRM and SPM applications so that you get the best out of your current software.

Tip 09# Deleting Contacts

If one of your contacts leaves the company that they are working for, do not delete that contact in Maximizer. Deleting contacts in Maximizer will delete all historical records associated with that contact, ie notes, documents, UDFs etc.

Tip 08# Centralise Your Business Partners

Manage your business partner channel in SymVolli by allowing them to logon to the same database, without them seeing each others records, to in turn manage their own sales, enabling you to view the whole forecast with one click of a button.

Tip 07# Automatically Keep Maximizer Users in the Loop

Once a customer service case is created in Maximizer CRM, keep all other Maximizer users within your organisation informed of any changes as and when they occur via email by adding them to the case monitoring list.

Tip 06# Saving Emails

Did you know that whether you are using Maximizer PE or Maximizer CRM you can save incoming emails against the sender’s record as well as outgoing emails against the recipient?

Tip 05# Announce to everyone without shouting

Keep everyone in your organisation up to date with events by posting announcements on My Work Day in Maximizer PE and Maximizer CRM.

Tip 04# Consistency through uniformity

Use the drop down lists in Maximizer PE and Maximizer CRM to bring through consistency to your database and make your searches easier and quicker.

Tip 03# A quick glance at the important information

Use Key Fields in Maximizer PE and Maximizer CRM to put the important User Defined Fields on the Basic Information screen so that they are easily available and when entering initial information the important fields as not missed out.

Tip 02# Organise your clients information

Group the profiles of your clients and contacts in Maximizer PE and Maximizer CRM by creating folders of your User Defined Fields

Tip 01# Keep Everyone in the know

Did you know that when creating an appointment Maximizer PE and Maximizer CRM can be set up to send out an email to all those involved to confirm time and place of meeting.
