How To Use Microsoft Outlook with Maximizer

Outlook integration comes as standard with Maximizer and Maximizer CRM.
Step 1 For Maximizer Users, Microsoft
Outlook will have three buttons on the top of the main
window giving options to save data to Maximizer. These
icons will need to be activated in the Outlook settings
for them to appear.
Step 2 Make sure that the Outlook
address book is pointing to a local list to enable
synchronisation
Step 3 Outlook icons are now
active and new contacts can be saved
in Maximizer
On activating Maximizer icons in Outlook, a user
has the opportunity to create a new individual with
an email address in Maximizer;
save the email to the new contact or open Maximizer
to view details of an existing Maximizer contact.
How to Use Maximizer with Outlook

Using Outlook within Maximizer is no different from using Outlook itself. With possibly more interactivity with Maximizer itself you have more options to use information within emails than you have in just an ordinary email application.
With Maximizer using the powers of Outlook you can
view your emails and you can save them so that you
can record your business transactions more efficiently.
Emails can be created and saved to opportunities, contacts
or as customer service enquiries.

You can not only use Maximizer to send and save emails
against relevant contacts but by hitting the email
icon in Maximizer you will see a mirror image of your
Outlook and from here you will be able to save
incoming emails
either to the contact, opportunity or customer service
