SymVolli Conductor is the latest module that compliments the powerful Sales Performance Management (
SPM)
capabilities of SymVolli. With SymVolli Conductor,
integration with Microsoft Outlook allows users in
SymVolli to see, manage and create their Outlook
emails, tasks and calendars in the SymVolli workplace.
SymVolli Conductor not only has the ability to view and create Outlook activities in SymVolli eliminating the need to open up more than one application, but gives users the added functionality of administering Outlook activities in SymVolli as well.
SymVolli Conductor users now have the ability to
store business relevant Outlook activities to sales
opportunities, businesses and contacts within SymVolli.
This allows a record of communication to be held against
sales prospects and opportunities so that sales personnel
can keep track of information in one place. Further
to this, saving important emails to opportunity records
in SymVolli allows not only that person to see a
record of communication but anyone who is related to
that business opportunity as well.
By integrating closely with Microsoft Outlook, SymVolli
Exchange bypasses the need to synchronise and duplicate
data. What you create in SymVolli appears
automatically in Outlook. This means that you can create
appointments in SymVolli that can invite anyone
to a meeting anywhere even if they aren't a SymVolli
user themselves.
