The scope of the project was to take the existing website, to redesign it and redevelop it to provide a fully functional e-commerce site. Being a fashion house the look and feel was always critical, whilst not compromising the ease and functionality of the overall product.

A world leader in 3D visual communication and publishing, Cortona3D provides proven tools for transforming engineering CAD design data into documentation for end users - materials for product maintenance, assembly instructions and training.

The main issues that the project had to deal with were multiple languages (including Russian/Cyrillic alphabet), data capture and information feed into Salesforce.com, and the introduction of a new Content Management System. A new look and feel was introduced that delivered the ability to display the website in multiple languages, in particular Russian. That multi-language set up also applied to the data capture from the download or contact forms which had to be processed and then inserted into SalesForce.com. Through all of these elements particular attention had to be paid to the transmission of Russian and the Cyrillic alphabet.

The scope of the project was to redesign and develop the existing website so as to promote a positive image of the restaurant whilst seeking to enhance and further any web presence that had already been established. This involved graphic design, a change to the look and feel, advising as to suitable and relevant content, so as the site would perform well in the various search engines as well as providing a content management system so the site could be regularly updated so as to carry out even simple tasks such as new pricing.
